Terms of Service

Welcome to izgens. ("izgens", "we", "us"). By accessing or using izgens.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using izgens. you confirm that you are an adult in your jurisdiction and that the use of AI-generated adult content is legal where you reside.

2. Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not share your account or use someone else's account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate, request, or distribute:

• Content depicting minors in any sexual or suggestive context (CSAM).
• Non-consensual deepfakes of real, identifiable people without their explicit consent.
• Content that violates the rights of any third party or applicable law.
• Content depicting extreme violence, gore, or self-harm.
• Content used for harassment, defamation, or impersonation.

Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of remaining credits. We may report illegal content to authorities.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased via supported payment processors (cryptocurrency through Plisio).
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Generation prices are shown before each generation. The exact credit cost is deducted only after a successful generation.
• If a generation fails on our side, credits are not deducted. If it fails due to your input (e.g. policy violation), credits may still be consumed.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to:

• Input reference images and videos you upload.
• Generated videos produced from your prompts.

By uploading content, you grant izgens. a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Storage and Retention

Reference files (images and videos you upload) are stored temporarily on our servers for processing and to enable the "Recreate" feature. We may delete reference files after a retention period without notice. Generated videos remain in your history until you delete them.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including BytePlus (video generation), Supabase (auth and storage), and Plisio (payments). Their availability is outside our direct control.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific output quality, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, izgens. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
