Terms of Service

Welcome to izgens. ("izgens", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of izgens.com, its studios, tools and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service.
• By using the Service you confirm that viewing and creating AI-generated adult content is legal where you live and where you access the Service.
• You may not use the Service if we have previously banned you, or if using it would violate any law that applies to you.

2. Your Account

• You can sign in with email or a supported third-party sign-in. You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods and devices secure. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One person, one account. You may not share, sell or transfer your account, or create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bonuses or limits.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and any remaining credits are forfeited.

3. The Service

izgens. lets you generate and edit videos and images with AI from prompts and reference files, and offers related tools (for example face swap, upscaling and metadata cleaning). Available models, tools, features, limits and prices may change, be added or be removed at any time. Some features may be offered in test or limited form. AI output is unpredictable: results may be inaccurate, imperfect, or different from what you expected.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, request or distribute:

• Any content involving minors in a sexual, suggestive or exploitative context, including content in which a person appears to be a minor (CSAM). This is zero tolerance: we terminate the account immediately and report it to the relevant authorities.
• Content showing a real, identifiable person (including through face swap or reference photos) without that person's explicit consent, and any non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery.
• Content intended to deceive or defraud, such as impersonation, fake identity documents, scams, or fabricated evidence.
• Content used to harass, threaten, bully, defame, extort or expose anyone's private information.
• Content depicting or promoting extreme violence, gore, sexual violence, bestiality, self-harm, or terrorism.
• Content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, or that violates any applicable law.

You also agree not to:

• Upload reference files you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits, pricing, credit checks or other restrictions.
• Scrape, crawl, automate or resell access to the Service, or access it through any interface other than the one we provide, without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, probe, overload or interfere with the Service, its security, or other users.

We may use automated checks and, where needed, human review to enforce these rules. For violations we may block a generation, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and forfeit remaining credits, without prior notice. We cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

5. Real People and Likeness

If you upload a photo or video of a real person, or use a tool such as face swap, you confirm that you are that person or that you have their explicit permission to use their likeness in the way you are using it. You are solely responsible for obtaining that consent and for being able to show it if asked.

6. Publishing Generated Content

You are responsible for how you use and share what you create. Many platforms and jurisdictions require AI-generated or synthetic media to be disclosed or labeled. Tools that edit or remove file metadata do not change those obligations, and you must follow the laws and platform rules that apply to you.

7. Credits, Payments and Promotions

• Generations are paid with credits. Credits are bought in advance through supported third-party payment processors (cryptocurrency).
• The credit cost of each generation is shown before you start it. Credit prices may change over time; the price shown when you start a generation is the one that applies to it.
• Credits are deducted only for successful generations. If a generation fails on our side, you are not charged, or the credits are returned. Generations blocked because the input breaks these Terms may still use credits.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
• Credits do not expire while your account remains active. They are forfeited if your account is deleted, or terminated for violating these Terms.
• Promo codes, bonuses and discounts are subject to the conditions shown with them, are usually limited to one per person, may expire, and may be withdrawn if abused. We may reverse credits obtained through fraud, payment errors or abuse.
• Participation in our referral or creator program is subject to the terms we agree with each participant.

8. Your Content

• As between you and us, you keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and reference files you upload ("Inputs") and in the results generated for you ("Outputs"). We do not claim ownership of your Inputs or Outputs.
• You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process and transmit your Inputs and Outputs only as needed to provide and secure the Service, to enforce these Terms, and to comply with the law. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where we must keep it by law.
• We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models.
• AI systems can produce similar results for different users, and Outputs may not be protected by copyright in some jurisdictions. We do not guarantee that an Output is unique or that you can claim exclusive rights in it.
• You are responsible for your Inputs and Outputs and for making sure your use of them is lawful.

9. Storage and Retention

• Generated videos and images are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Please download anything you want to keep.
• Reference files you upload are kept for 30 days so that features like "Recreate" keep working, and then deleted automatically.
• Upscaled and enhanced results are kept for 24 hours.
• Temporary copies made only to process a request are deleted shortly after processing.
• We may delete content earlier if it violates these Terms or if required by law. The Service is not a backup or archive service.

10. Reporting Content

If you believe content created with the Service infringes your rights, shows you without your consent, or involves a minor, email [email protected] with a description and any details that help us find it. We review reports promptly and act on valid ones.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for AI processing, hosting, storage, sign-in and payments. Their availability and performance are outside our direct control, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, other users or third parties. We may also discontinue the Service or any part of it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 8, 13, 14 and 15) survive it.

13. Disclaimer

The Service and all Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, izgens. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, content, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless izgens. from any claims, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Inputs or Outputs, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of anyone's rights.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we give notice through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganization or sale of the Service.
