Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information izgens. ("izgens", "we", "us") collects when you use izgens.com and its related services (the "Service"), how we use and protect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

• Your email address, used to sign you in.
• If you sign in with Google: the email, name and profile picture that Google shares with us.
• Your account role, credit balance and account settings.

Content you create

• Prompts you write and the settings you choose (model, resolution, duration, aspect ratio and similar).
• Reference files you upload (images and videos), including any people shown in them.
• The videos and images generated for you, and related details such as status, timestamps and the credits spent.

Payments, promotions and referrals

• Your purchase history: amount, credits received, status and the transaction reference from the payment processor. We do not receive or store your wallet keys or payment credentials.
• Promo codes you redeem and discounts or bonuses applied to your account.
• If you arrived through a referral or creator link, which link it was, so the referral can be credited.

Technical information

• IP address, browser and device type, used for security, fraud prevention and rate limiting.
• Sign-in session and device information, so you stay signed in on your devices.
• Error and diagnostic logs, used to find and fix problems.

Support

• Messages and attachments you send us when you contact support.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Service: sign you in, run your generations and tools, and show your history.
• To process payments, manage credits, and apply promotions and referral rewards.
• To enable features such as "Recreate", which reuses the references of an earlier generation.
• To keep the Service safe: prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, and protect users and third parties.
• To fix bugs, monitor performance and keep the Service reliable.
• To reply to support requests and send you important service notices.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your prompts, reference files or generated content to train AI models.

3. Automated Checks and Human Review

We run automated checks on uploads and requests to enforce our Terms, for example to block prohibited content. Our AI providers may also apply their own safety filters. A small number of authorized staff may access your content only when needed for support you request, to investigate abuse or a report, or to meet a legal obligation.

4. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as much as each one needs:

• Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, authentication, file storage and service notifications.
• AI processing providers: your prompts and reference files are sent to them only to produce the result you asked for.
• Payment processors: cryptocurrency payment processing. They handle payment details under their own terms.
• Sign-in providers: if you choose to sign in with Google.

We may also disclose information if required by law or a valid legal process, to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or izgens., including reporting child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the Service, in which case this Policy continues to apply.

5. Data Retention

• Generated videos and images: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
• Reference uploads: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
• Upscaled and enhanced results: 24 hours.
• Temporary processing copies: deleted shortly after your request is processed.
• Generation records (prompt, settings, status, credits spent): kept while your account exists, so your history and billing stay correct, even after the files themselves have expired. After account deletion, prompts are erased and only anonymized usage figures remain.
• Account and credit records: kept while your account exists.
• Payment records (amount, credits, date, status): kept in anonymized form after account deletion, as needed for accounting and to meet legal obligations.
• Logs: kept for a limited period for security and debugging.

When you delete your account, your sign-in, email address, prompts and saved presets are deleted right away, any remaining credits are forfeited, and remaining stored files are removed by our automatic cleanup within 30 days. We keep anonymized payment and usage records (amounts, credits, dates) that are no longer linked to your email, for accounting and legal purposes. Some data may stay in backups for a limited time or be kept longer where the law requires it.

6. Cookies and Browser Storage

We only use cookies and browser storage that the Service needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or cross-site trackers.

• Sign-in session (browser storage): keeps you signed in.
• Device sign-in cookie (up to 60 days): lets you stay signed in on a trusted device. It cannot be read by scripts on the page.
• Referral cookie (up to 30 days): remembers which referral or creator link you came from.
• Preferences and page cache (browser storage): remember choices such as your selected options, and keep a short-lived copy of your recent history so pages open faster. The page cache is cleared when you sign out or close the tab.

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time; you will then need to sign in again.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and data. You can do this yourself in Settings, or ask us.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.

8. Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), private file storage that is only reachable through short-lived signed links, access controls, rate limiting, and hashed device tokens. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in methods safe and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. International Transfers

We and our providers may process your data in countries other than your own, including the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws. We work with providers that protect data in line with this Policy.

10. Children

The Service is only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service or provided us data, contact us and we will delete it and close the account.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we give notice through the Service.
