If you sign in with Google: your Google account email, name, and profile picture URL.

Prompts you submit for generation.
Reference files (images, videos) you upload.
Generated videos and metadata (resolution, duration, timestamps).
Credit balance, purchase history, and payment status.

Technical data:

IP address (for fraud prevention and rate limiting).
Browser type and OS (from request headers).
Authentication tokens (stored in your browser).

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the video generation service.
To process payments and manage credit balances.
To enable features like history and the "Recreate" function.
To prevent abuse, fraud, and policy violations.
To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your prompts or uploaded files to train any AI model.

3. Third-Party Processors

We use these services to operate izgens.:

Supabase — database, authentication, and storage. (privacy policy)
BytePlus (Seedance) — AI video generation. Your prompts and reference files are transmitted to BytePlus for processing. (privacy policy)
Plisio — cryptocurrency payment processing. (privacy policy)
Railway — server hosting. (privacy policy)

4. Data Retention

Account data: retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Generated videos: stored in your history until you delete them.
Reference uploads: may be deleted after a temporary retention period to manage storage.
Payment records: retained as required by financial regulations (typically 5-7 years).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Object to certain processing activities.
Export your data in a portable format.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to keep your authentication session active. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.

7. Children

The Service is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted credential storage, and access controls. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (e.g., US-based hosting providers). By using the Service you consent to these transfers.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
